Davyland Properties Ltd, a real estate agency, based at Port Louis, is currently looking for Admin Sales Representative at our Counter (Jumbo Phoenix).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manning the counter desk of the Group.
- To greet, assist and direct clients to sales agents.
- Introduction of clients to the company.
- Client coordination and attending to clients’ queries of existing products.
- Weekly reporting of sales’ progress to the management team.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes, including but not limited to client tracking system and CRM.
- Target of lead generation.
- To attend any administrative tasks and to provide office support services for efficiency of Group’s operations.
- Ensure proper & detailed handing over between shifts.
- Fluent spoken and written communication between colleagues & Management.
HSC Holder/Diploma in Business studies.
Holder of Valid Driving License.
